2010 Spring Registration
Spring registration will begin
this coming Monday, Feb. 01 at all three centers. The attached spreadsheet
lists where each team should register. Essentially, you will register at the
same location you registered last season. Although these centers have your Fall
2009 rosters, you will still need to send me an updated roster so that each
center can check their list against what I send them. Many of you have revised
your roster, so I will need new rosters from everyone. Similar to the Fall 2009
rosters, your roster should contain names, DOB, phone no. and addresses. You
may register up to 13 players without having to pay the membership fee for each
additional player ($6.50). One difference this season is that you may pay the
registration fee before you send your roster to me. This is to allow me to get
a count of the no. of teams in the league so that I can set the schedule.
Barring Fall 2009 playoff
rescheduling, Spring 2010 will start 07 March and finish either 30 May, 06 June,
or 13 Jun. Depending on the number of teams, I’m guessing we will probably
finish 06 June 2010.
Cost of registration is
$490/team, which includes GST. This fee should be paid at the respective center
shown on the attached spreadsheet.
Please register as soon as
possible. I’d like to get returning teams registered by Feb. 10, so that I can
open up registration to new teams if there are spots. Please let me know if you
will be returning (or not returning) for the spring season. This will help me a
lot with scheduling.

2009 Spring Registration
Registration for returning teams is now open. New

1) Returning teams registration locations and contact info on
attached summary. All teams are required to send Biraj
(birbor@telus.net) an updated roster or
changes to existing roster - better to send a full roster. Please note that the centers will only
accept payment from the captains indicated on the summary. For teams not
returning, please notify Biraj as soon as possible so that we can open
registration for new teams as soon as possible.
2) Season starts 08 March 2009 and ends 31 May 2009 (or 07
June 09).
3) Cost is $480. $100 refundable damage
deposit only for new teams. Deposit from returning teams will be held by
the respective community center until the end of spring season. Deposit
will be refunded for teams not returning.
4) Registration instructions per center as follows:
Kits - Online, phone, or in-person registration. For

Max. roster size without additional fees is 13. Beyond 13 players, the
cost is $13 per player - cannot remove players who have played from the roster.

2008 Fall Registration
Registration for returning teams begins Aug. 14th. New
team registration begins Sept. 03rd. Registration locations for returning

deposit. Note that this year the Fall season is about 6 weeks longer than
previous seasons, hence the higher cost. However, proportionately, the
cost per week is lower than in the past.
